• Details you give us: your name, mobile number, city, email address, the service you request and any description of your requirements.
• Provider details: name, business name, contact information, services offered, coverage areas, experience and payout details (UPI ID and bank account information).
• Account information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile identifier from Google.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment status, amount and a transaction identifier, but not your full card or bank credentials.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type and activity on the Platform, collected to keep the service secure and reliable.

• To receive, match and assign your service request.
• To share the details a Provider needs to contact you and deliver the service (such as your name, phone number and requirement).
• To process payments, calculate commission and release Provider payouts.
• To send you service updates by WhatsApp, SMS or email (for example, that a Provider has been assigned or your job is complete).
• To detect and prevent fraud, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.

We share the minimum information necessary to deliver the service. When a request is assigned, the assigned Provider receives your name, contact number, city and requirement.

We use trusted third parties to operate the Platform, including Razorpay (payments), Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API (notifications), our email provider, and our cloud hosting provider. These processors only handle your data to provide their service to us.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Platform. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your information for as long as your account or request is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. You may ask us to delete your account data, subject to these obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
