Terms of Service

A2Z Online Services is a marketplace that connects customers who need online and doorstep services with independent, verified service providers (“Providers”). We facilitate the introduction, assignment and payment of services; we are not the provider of the underlying service itself unless expressly stated.

Requests are matched to a Provider based on the service, your city and the Provider's coverage and pricing. We use reasonable efforts to verify Providers, but you are responsible for confirming the scope, price and deliverables before the work begins.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when posting a request or registering, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform.

Prices shown are set by Providers or configured by A2Z Online Services in Indian Rupees (INR). A2Z Online Services charges a commission on completed jobs, which is deducted from the amount payable to the Provider.

Depending on the service, you may be asked to pay online before the work begins (“pay-first”) or after the work is completed and confirmed (“pay-after-service”). Online payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank credentials.

Where you pay online, A2Z Online Services holds the amount and releases the Provider's payout after the service is confirmed as delivered, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Providers agree to deliver services with reasonable skill and care, comply with all applicable laws, respond to assigned jobs within the acceptance window, and not solicit customers off the Platform to avoid commission.

Providers are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship between a Provider and A2Z Online Services.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you are unhappy with a completed service, you may raise a dispute from your request page or by contacting us, and A2Z Online Services will review the matter and may, at its discretion, issue a refund or withhold the Provider's payout.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting false or fraudulent requests, harassing Providers or customers, attempting to circumvent payments, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2Z Online Services's total liability arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to the amount of commission we received on the job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
